Health First Heart Center Opening: Advertising Hospital Facility Launch | Florida
Our role was to support Health First marketing in the construction, transition and rollout phases of Holmes Regional Medical Center’s $135 million dollar expansion, to result in The Heart Center and a Level II Trauma Center in Melbourne, Florida, for Health First, Inc.
Our team worked with the transition team during the construction period, in areas such as medical staff and associates communications and in visitor comfort and wayfinding. We created simple vehicles for communicating upcoming change, from internal alerts to staff and high traffic information for visitors and staff alike, including by kiosk, through personal informed interaction and in comfort zones, such as the lobby and in the cafeteria.
Once the construction ended, we worked with the team to reduce the stress of change, by creating simplified directions, very easily understood signage and tips to help change behaviors and keep all safe in the new environment.
These pre-launch phases led up to a spectacular launch period.
We helped to identify 9 key audiences and helped to promote 9 key launch events in 9 days, to introduce the Heart and Trauma Centers to the community and key stakeholders. This included specially developed tours, with tour training, tour guide notes and specialty signage along tour route.
The illustrative approach allowed for a very distinctive and dignified introduction to represent a significant investment in health and wellness in the community.
