Since 2015, Brandt Ronat + Co has been instrumental in branding, marketing, and promoting the region (near Kennedy Space Center) under the “Launch From Here” campaign. This initiative has significantly impacted tourism, economic development, and community engagement in Titusville and North Brevard County.
Adoption and Community Engagement Success Story: Envisioned in Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Titusville Launch From Here brand can now be seen in City signage and wayfinding, mapping for the Downtown CRA district and in historic signage as well as new monument signs welcoming people to the City. Titusville branding, created by Brandt Ronat, can be seen at key kiosk locations in parks, on the City website, the Chamber website, extending to social channels and promotional collateral, including a comprehensive video library (note: this will need a link).

The Viera Company brought brandt ronat + co into the process early--with the architects--to infuse a marketing perspective into the creation of the new Home Discovery Center and ensure that decisions would be focused on the full brand experience of buying a home or selling a home, within a busy working environment of both buyers and sellers.
A needs assessment survey to key real estate sales professionals revealed how they worked best and what their customers desired in the buying experience. Armed with the survey results and intimate knowledge of the offerings, brandt ronat + co created custom tools, including a dramatic interactive map which easily allowed sellers to show offerings (or buyer unassisted to learn).
The interactive was planned to reveal specific layers of information, such as locations of parks, walking trails and preserves, shopping, schools and churches, healthcare options and current sales options within Viera—answering a number of questions in one spot but allowing for custom navigation based on customer preferences.
The Home Discovery Center needed to be welcoming, of course, but significantly, support the sales process—determining visitor traffic patterns, providing a digital sign-in, leading to the interactive site-plan kiosks and ending in comfortable, restaurant-inspired semi-private seating areas which could accommodate several prospective groupings and make the initial learning process less formal or intimidating.
Through a tour of 70 years of the founding Duda family's history and contributions to Brevard—from farmers and ranchers to city builders—a history room on site illuminates the deep regard for the area and the values that built the community.

The Birthing Suites information reaching physicians in the position of recommending one facility vs. another was the heart of the approach.
‘That’s Our New Baby’ theme graphic was the more public celebratory and invitation side of the campaign, and was launched closer to the actual opening date, was in materials that went to physicians groups and offices, and in routine or special other communications vehicles for Health First including news vehicles.

Focus
Situation The Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast developed a
strategic plan with significant input from a cross-section of stakeholder leaders; but this still represented a very small constituency in an effort that would require much more to carry it forward—a wide-based truly collaborative initiative crossing lines, including where the abiding attitude was competition, not cooperation.
Results/
Achievements:
We visualized the plan, branded the vision, and created The Journey of Many Steps, bringing together factions that have never cooperated before.
We are showing success in growing the coalition locally, regionally and beyond to make a difference in how we act together to change our county to be more competitive.
We have gained cooperation and commitments because we are working to find ways to make it feasible for all to benefit.

Supporting priorities include creating a more competitive business environment and attaining a notable commendation positioning Brevard as community of distinction through press recognition.
The EDC represents 16 municipalities, 22 proclamation partners, an executive committee of 36 local leaders, a board of 128, an investor base of 191 companies and a staff of 15.
