Brandt Ronat Wins Fourth Best of Show in Five Years at Space Coast Advertising Competition

Melbourne, Feb. 10 , 2001: When the Space Coast Advertising Federation honored Brandt Ronat & Company with the top prize for print entries, it marked the fourth such honor for the company since 1997. The BEST OF SHOW AWARD was presented at the 40th Annual ADDY Awards competition for work accomplished for Essentials Spa in Melbourne. The ADDY Awards are designed to acknowledge creative excellence in all media for local, regional and national advertising.

Last year Brandt Ronat & Company won Best of Show for a complete campaign produced for ScoreCardUSA.com of Orlando. In 1997 the company won two Best of Shows in both print and electronic media. In the print category a business to business campaign for the Credit Union National Association won the top award, while the electronic Best of Show was awarded for a series of radio spots produced for Gatto’s Tires and Auto Service.

This year Brandt Ronat & Company won a total of thirteen awards, including six Gold and seven Silver awards. Eight of the thirteen were rated highest in category and will advance to the District 4 competition. District 4 includes Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

The awards acknowledged BRC projects for local clients as well as clients in Orlando and Colorado. BRC received awards in such diverse categories as Sales Promotion, Collateral Material, Out-of-Home Media, Newspaper, Mixed Media Campaigns and Interactive Media.

Particular areas of strength for BRC during the competition were in retail, high tech and materials to promote and support Internet business.
