Brandt Ronat Wins Best of Category ADDY in State Competition

Intersil is a multi-national corporation specializing in semiconductors and wireless technology for computer networking.

The Green Turtle Market is a gourmet food market in Indian Harbor Beach, Florida. Brandt Ronat created the company’s look, including the logo, award-winning signage, menus, newspaper ads and radio commercials.

The 2001 ADDY Awards ceremony was held Saturday, May 19, in the Presidential Ballroom at Church Street Station, Orlando. Advertising professionals from across the American Advertising Federation’s 4th District (all of Florida and the Caribbean) were in attendance to accept awards. The ADDY award designations consist of SILVER, GOLD and the CHARLIE.

Only sixteen coveted Charlies were awarded. The Charlie honors Top of Category achievement. Brandt Ronat & Company of Melbourne received the Charlie in the Sales Promotion Category for design accomplished for Intersil Corporation. The winning entry was for energize, Intersil’s company newsletter. Credits go to Tina Shea, Art Director/Designer; Ryan Brandt/Linda Brandt, Creative Directors and Candace Boyer of Intersil, energize’s Editor and Copywriter. Ryan Brandt accepted the Charlie for Brandt Ronat & Company.

Brandt Ronat & Company also received a Silver ADDY for Exterior Site Signage accomplished for the Green Turtle Market in Indian Harbour Beach.

The ADDY honors creative excellence in advertising and is sponsored by the American Advertising Federation. The American Advertising Awards are the industry’s largest and most representative creative competition. Each year the Advertising Federation invites advertisers, service providers and the rest of the marketing community to compete for recognition as the very best in their markets.
