Viera Pro-Health & Fitness Center Launch Health First
The project was an aggressive, fast-action, pre-launch new membership procurement effort with pre-opening recruitment goals we met.
The assignment was to position and launch a 64,000 square foot state of the art facility in Viera, FL., as part of an overall health system branding effort.
The solution was a fully-articulated launch strategy based on healthy active lives, across many types of activities and individual preferences/choices.
We targeted 3,941 WOMEN 20-54 Years old within a 3-mile Radius and 8,053 WOMEN 20-54 Years old 5-mile Radius.
- We matched the approach to female decision makers.
- We made the connection to amenities for busy people–Day-care, Personal Training, WiFi Café
- We showcased ideas in the most interactive manner possible, to reflect the concept of being and becoming fit.
- We built for sustainability as the facility evolves. We provided tools so internal marketing could take on some of the launch effort and would be ready to self-sustain once the initial campaign was complete.
The pre-opening goal was to secure an aggressive number of pre-paid membership—within the finite 3-month advertising period before the grand opening.
We reached 92% of our membership goal and 110% of the revenue goal.
